Envelopes are opened and all contents, including the envelope, are scanned. All images are uploaded and placed into a folder accessible to the organization.
Your data-entry clerk can access the check images remotely and record the donations into the donor accounts.
Checks are deposited through remote deposit technology. A deposit report is placed into the same folder as the check images.
The check processing burden has been lifted.
